Dockingports don't scale when using the scaling tool #49

  1. Place a tank as root
  2. Attach a dockingport
  3. Select the scaling tool on the tank
  4. Drag the vectors to rescale the tank
  5. The dockingport wont change its size

The solution to this will probably be the same as for #46 - the part needs to remember what the "desired" scale was and snap the current to the min/max/presets.
