Some editor keys overlap with RCSBuildAid #59

Looks like it has some editor behaviors that are bound to the 5 key.

Well, this isn't great, but it's not completely broken. Pressing 5 will toggle both scale mode and RCSBuildAid. At least that key is configurable in RCSBuildAid.

Then, RCSBuildAid uses the translation keys from game settings for a few things - this overlaps with TS/R on the K key for scale chaining.

I don't have any great ideas for solutions here - I sort of wish RCSBuildAid set up an input lock for the translation keys (or at least read them from a config file). But this probably shouldn't block TS/R from wider release.
