Jon:

there are some bugs in certain mods where changing things doesn't properly update the cost in the VAB UI though a better test might be to record your funds before & after launching

StormCircuit:

without strategy I record: 583 362 recovered, 602 809 spent using my funds shows a different number than the SPH 4 810 597 before 4 227 235 after 583 362 diff SPH listed price: 602 809

It's unclear at this point if this bug comes from TweakScale or other mods, or both.
