Default size values on fresh install not in Stylelab #16

The default size values for content and sidebar are not being used when viewing the Stylelab admin page when no options have been saved to the database.

This will probably be effected by the work being done around additional sidebar and layout options in Issue #13.

Have tested with fresh install - all seems well, must have been a late night gremlin creeping around.
