Update bundled Jquery Cycle plugin #27

The wonderful JQuery cycle plugin has been updated to version 2 - need to bundle in new version and amend function to optionally use of version 2 script. It also now is responsive (whoot!) which will help with issue #7

I think this is likely to be removed - I like different ones now like http://kenwheeler.github.io/slick/
