Updated 'Get Involved' URL to GitHub.

They weren't joking when they said that GitHub was collaborative!

Look Marko, I even managed to merge a commit... really getting into GitHub now, Tower on OSX is wonderful by the way, really suits the way I work (exclusively using this now and not the GitHub app) - thank you for all your help and suggestions!

As of a068ebb7fa I have removed README.txt and replaced with Markdown formatted README.md - it looks better on GitHub project page!
