Behaviour is inconsistent with what is given as example in UG #3

Consider the above commands, the UG documents that examples that imply the case of the inputted description is retained. However, it seems to be inconsistent with implementation.

Valid! Actual command changes it to lower case, but UG was different. Thus, changed it to documentation bug, but is valid.
