Bug in adding new values to "select" fields #203

Hi

When you set "Who can add value" for "Select" fields, in front, when user adds new value it does not add it to the list nor save it.

issue comes when enabling chosen lib, was fixed.

chosen was removed from single select field cuz not needed, bootstrap already display it very good.
