Frontend: Starter-Kit

This PR fixes the php errors appearing in the frontend views and making the image in the Single Image View to appear. It prepares the views such that the work on the frontend can start.

Categorie Form View = Text OK - Parent Category: Function Untestable?

• Submitting results in 403 - The requested page could not be found.

Categorie View = COM_JOOMGALLERY_MINI_FILTE = ? Text in Menu Edit Item?

• Category name is displayed in the result, nothing more.

Image Form View = Text OK - When selecting a category, only Uncategorised is offered, although others are available.

• Submitting results in 403 - The requested page could not be found.

List of Categories = Looking good - All are there. The correct ID is displayed for Parent, but not the name.

List of Images = Text all there.

Single Image View = Everything there.

Good start for a Starter Kit.

From my point of view, the "single view" works now after installing the "patch".
