Code adjustments for Alpha 1 release

This PR prepars the code fot the first alpha release. It adds a message that the component is still in development phase and intended for testing only.

Release date is set to be the 10.09.2023

A menu for the JoomGallery brings me this error in the frontend:

Try to change the PHP version to 8.0, may be this is the reason.

php 8.0.x is only supported until 26.11.2023. EDIT: I'm switching over tonight.

I have tested:

• Categories created :+1:
• Upload 1 Image :+1:
• Upload Multiple New is ok, but see debug information ??

Frontend:

• List of Image :+1:

• Single Image View :+1:

• List of Categories :+1:

• Category View :+1:

• Sorting :+1:

• Quantity selection :+1:

• Search :+1:

• Select status :+1:

• Reset :+1:

However, no category can be selected in the image list.
