Blocking problems in the front Image Form View #193

Once you manage to open it (see Issue 26) the image form to upload an image from the frontend presents two immediate problems.

1 the field for selection of the image to upload is missing (I am referring to the sort of field for this purpose to be found in the top right corner of the backend image form for image upload).

2 whether the access to the menu item for the frontend image form is set as public or as registered, neither public nor registered users can access it. Only Managers and SuperAdmins can do that.

System characteristics : Ubuntu 22.04 with Joomla 4.4.2 PHP 8.1.27 MySQL 8.0.36 Apache 2 .4.58

Frontend form views are not yet fully developed and are only very rudimentary views. Errors and missing functions are not surprising.
