[IMGtools service]: Watermarking incorrect #63

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Activate watermarking in the Global configuration set for detail image
  2. Select a watermark image file
  3. Save Global configuration set
  4. Add a new image (jpg)

Expected result

Detail image created with correct watermark applied

Actual result

Detail image created without watermark
