Improve configuration manager

In order to improve the usability for the user, i propose the following changes:

• use the 'showon' feature where possible
• use layout 'joomla.form.field.radio.switcher' for 0/1 options
• To avoid having to scroll horizontally, the settings in the subforms of the 'Image Processing' tab should be displayed one below the other. There should also be the possibility to hide many settings.
• other small improvements

Yes, you are right. The install-fix was not yet included.
