Smiliey dropdown not working with nonframework template #195

Fixed it to just be a toggle rather than a "dropdown" https://github.com/JoomJunk/shoutbox/commit/d0c76035970b2d73236e71a054416514810b9db1

Note that all the modals are broken in non-framework as well :/
