change options in layout in 3.9.14 #17

hello, in 3.9.18 : want to change basic option of a row ( type, position, width) it stays grey and impossible to change

Hi web54,

I once had a problem with the JoomShaper OnePage template being 'blocked' - what I did was open the Template in Joomla and choose Save as Copy - then use the copy of the template, which can be edited!

it does not work tried to install on a fresh one, and 500 error ( speaking about helix II )

And what does the Apache log say?

Another method is the following:

rename your existing template to "bad" (file system) reinstall your template copy the following files to the freshly installed template (example from JoomShaper OnePage): templateDetails.xml css\bootstrap.min.css css\template.css css\presets\preset[x].css images\service-bg.jpg images\slider-arrow-left.png images\slider-arrow-right.png js\main.js less\theme.less If you get the error 'FAILED TO PARSE PASSED IN VARIABLE @PRESET', choose another preset and everything will be fine (hopefully)...
