Administer comments sql error #871

Create menu item to administer comments. Error:

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'LIMIT 20' at line 1 Query was empty

Same error for Administer Media Files

This has been fixed in the latest working version.
