update media/fancybox/jquery.fancybox.min.css and .js to version 3.5.7 and use it instead of download from cdn.jsdelivr.net; up to now the selfhosted files (version 3.1.20) are not used at all.

afaik the license to distribute 3.5.7 is same as 3.1.20
