adding select icon for toggle selection #107

Thanks for bringing this to attention. For adding/updating icons, instead of adding a one-off style to template.css, the proper method would be to update the icomoon.less file then to compile the template.less and produce an updated template.css. Never update only the .css file. That being said, in this case instead of changing the content of an icon it's better to just updated the markup and change it to a proper icon, like icon-checkbox-partial as I've done here https://github.com/Joomla3-Admin-template/joomla-cms/commit/8da922ff654d113454835f24fb0a69705b9113d9
