Hathor catchup with isis + Associated menu items icon #94

Hathor needs also to get the Home menu items icons for languages in the Admin Menu dropdown. (See https://github.com/Joomla3-Admin-template/joomla-cms/pull/89)

Implementing (as in 2.5) Associations menu items icon in menu manager.
