Persona PSP #11

After using Rebug 4.82 which also updated to Cobra 7.55, I can not launch Persona PSP as a pkg or as an iso. The problem also seems to entirely be the Cobra update because if I disable Cobra the game still launches.

If you could specify which version of the CFW you previously were using when the game was working while COBRA was on that'd be really helpful.

I think the issue is coming from the one of the changes related to PSP's save data handling, which can be toggled via button combo upon launch, the idea was to improve compatibility with more games by default and use button combo (CROSS+R1 when launching PSP launcher.) to fix the issue with any game that requires this patch.

I was using Rebug 4.81.2 REX. I've actually never been able to get PSP Launcher to work no matter how hard I try so I've been using Ez PSP2PS3 to covert the game into its own PSP Remaster pkg. Also, when creating the pkg for this specific game you have to force it to save into the PS3 save data, I'm not sure if that fix was interfering with the new fix that Cobra tries to do. I can test that now.

Also you didn't tell me the TITLE ID of your game, if there's only one Persona game for PSP I wouldn't even be telling you about this.

For whatever reason the Japanese version of that game works as in ISO, but not the US one. not sure why.

I tried the R1+X when launching and it did not change anything, still launches to a black screen. Currently the only way I can find to play Persona 1 PSP on Rebug 4.82.2 is to disable Cobra before launching it

Yeah, I've tried this and one other game as ISO and couldn't get them to work, that's why I decided to use Ez PSP2PS3
