Due to the SubStack implementation (provided by Niels van Hoorn) not calling the 'deactivate' method at all, it is difficult to consider the deactivation of views in SubStacks.
See https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/spinejs/Sw9kkw5729s for the original discussion.
This currently affects the way the simulation is stopped when changing views.
Wont fix; We'll just have to manage all of the ways out of the simulation for now; which currently is just going back to the drawing view.
