Only single vote option. e.g. vote up. Focus on getting it to send showing is not yet important

Maybe the member id would be necessary please verify

Future stuff the message should include:

Votes should be signed by the voter, private key.
apk-sha (You could start with using the apkname)
- Maybe not use sha-1
