What we did

Added the vote up and vote down functionality
Stored the state of votes onPause and reloaded state onResume

Focus next week

Verifying and Gossiping votes from other peers

Communication issues arose because of having multiple emulators running on one computer.
- Fix was to have physical phone next to emulator
