What steps will reproduce the problem?
Every game as far as i could tell

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Base Building AI doesn't use bonus building (like mass storage and mass 
produce).

And exploding facilities can produce a chain reaction - i think the ai should 
build a saver design (i once destroyed just one outer building leading to a 
devastating chain reactiong nearly killing the whole main base)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1.2, win 7 (multiplayer tested)

Please provide any additional information below (bug log, other installed mods, 
etc).
