The base frequency trimmers on the VCF/VCA board set the base frequency for the two VCFs.
The range of these trimmers is a little wider than it needs to be, and when the filters are calibrated the trimmers end up near the far end of their travel
Rethink these trimmers so that the filters are resting at about 10Hz when they are in the middle of their range and the manual frequency pot is turned all the way down, and make it so they have a range of no more than 1.5 octaves or so.
Reducing the range will make it easier to get the two filters to have the exact same cutoff frequency when the separation knob is at 12 o'clock.
This is not a major problem, the board works well and calibrates without too much hassle, but this would be an enhancement.
