Fea add listbox example #23

I did the rest of the work to wire in the about, chart and filepicker code. It's mostly working for the Desktop version - one small issue is the chart stopping working when you switch away and go back (something about the background termination). I haven't been able to test the web version yet - I think I need to reinstall the android workload.

Cool! Should I merge now, or would you prefer to leave this PR open a bit longer?
