Adding AvaloniaXPlatExample #3

As requested, this adds the multi platform example we've beaten into shape over the last few days. Again much thanks to @AngelMunoz for the troubleshooting, and your suggestions and help @JordanMarr.

I renamed the project slightly, and mirrored the changes you made renaming Start. I technically haven't run the iOS and android versions, but they are straight out of the original avalonia cross platform template, and they should benefit from all the fixes we made to get the singlepage app working for web. Happy to make changes if you want anything tweaked.

This has been really helpful for me getting a working base for my own project, so glad to be able to document the working version. I learned a lot, and the Elmish bindings for Avalonia are exactly what I want to be using.
