i cant find the pre trained weight #1

OSError: Unable to open file (unable to open file: name = 'best_weights_kaggle_user_pneumonia2_0.hdf5', errno = 2, error message = 'No such file or directory', flags = 0, o_flags = 0)

I think the hdf5 file is not inside the repo
