What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Only screenshot of the webpage is taken. I need screenshot of address also to 
be included in the screenshot image.

In this add-on we take a screenshot of a webpage without browser components 
like address bar.
To add address to you screenshot you can combine Imagemagic with created report 
file.

Everything working as designed here.
