Twitchat Overlay not capturable by OBS #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable overlay
2. Attempt to capture window in OBS

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
OBS does not detect the overlay window at all, and as a result, I'm not able to 
capture the window as a source in OBS.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8
Twitchat 3.0.4
mIRC 7.3.2

This problem occurs on Windows 7, too. 

Attempted to take a screenshot. Apparently, gyazo does not detect the overlay 
either.

That should be an OBS issue.

And you should not capture the Overlay Window, Use an OBS text source and point 
it to $mircdir/scripts/fullchatlines.txt

That's the point of this script.
