Description

This PR includes the:

updates made to frontend source code to include id tags data-cy to the elements used by the e2e test
test-spec that provides same testing coverage as the smoke tests
configuration files required for the synpress framework
docker-compose required to launch the Agoric local chain
e2e.yml file with the workflow configuration to run the e2e test automatically when the trigger event (push) is executed

At issue #7 it can be found a description on how to execute the test locally, along with other details about the content of this PR.
