Compilation issues #3

I tried to install TREEMIX in my LINUX system (Fedora15). 
After following ./configure, make and make install (through root), I did not 
see treemix executable file to run the program.
Can you please help me in running this program.

If you had successful configure and install a make file. Then you can find the 
executable file in the bin or src directory. It come with the name treemix
