As the Site Owner I want to decide on a database for the project, So that I can efficiently manage and query my application data.
Acceptance Criteria
Database Selection: A database suitable for the project's scale and complexity is selected.
Configuration: The chosen database is correctly configured in the Django project's settings.
[x] Evaluate Database Options: Research and compare databases like SQLite (default), PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc., based on the project's needs.
[x] Select Database: Choose a database that best fits the project requirements.
[x] Configure in Django: Update the DATABASES setting in settings.py to use the chosen database.
