User Story 8: Initialize the Django Project

As the site owner, I want to initialize the Django project, So that we have a structured base to start developing features.

Acceptance Criteria

• Project Creation: A new Django project is successfully created using the django-admin startproject command.
• Initial Run: The Django development server runs successfully with the default welcome page visible.

Tasks

• [x] Install Django: Ensure Django is installed in your virtual environment.
• [x] Create Project: Use the django-admin startproject myproject command to create a new Django project.
• [x] Verify Setup: Run python manage.py runserver and navigate to localhost:8000 to see the Django welcome page.
