Adds support for Meteor v3.0-beta.0

[x] Update package parser to handle new bundle export format from Meteor V3
[x] Add tests for Meteor v3 package build outputs
[ ] Extend test sources for common package build outputs in Meteor v3 to match tests for packages built in v2
