Support for overworld #2

support for overworld by using some code by: github.com/TudbuT/bedrock-finder I'm not sure about licensing issues an internet search gives a lot of different results. This is my first pr ever so I might have done something stupid not sure if Nether code works but I'm too lazy to check

Thanks for your contribution! While I like the idea of adding Xoroshiro128PlusPlus, this new code works in a completely different way which I'm not sure about. Maybe such a huge change should be a fork instead? That also may be a better idea in general as I won't have the time to maintain or improve it. Your repository could be a combination of TudbuT's and my code.
