Wuthering Waves support #192

in the characters json, is the spot for the ID needed and its just not in here initially as theres currently only baizhi or is there no need for them in the wuthering waves characters.json

Initially when JASM was first released it used the id number to identify characters in the app code, this has since been replaced by the 'InternalName' field which is also used as the name of the character folder.

There was a transition period where I used both. I believe they're not needed anymore. I just keep forgetting to remove them.
