Additional context
As a programmer (on Python) the only thing I can suggest to you is since Elevated.exe is not being updated regularly (or maybe never) you can create a custom test signature and sign it, or (Better solution) if the elevated.exe already exist, just don't extract it at all and password protect the zip contents (tell the password in zip comment for others to investigate if needed and keep AV from deleting or interfaring)
