Style tag added to DOM on every mount #26

I am seeing an issue where the following style-element is being added to the DOM on each mount when using AdvancedRealTimeChart

Also happens on https://www.tradingview.com/widget/advanced-chart/, so I guess TradingView changed its behaviour
