Missing Timezones added #38

Hello,

I am from Nepal and wanted to use my local TimeZone. I found out the TimeZone Asia/Kathmandu was missing so I went to TradingView's TimeZone list and saw more other TimeZones missing here.

So, here is my addition to TimeZones.

Also, I have sorted the TimeZones alphabetically for ease.
