[x] Enhancement: Keep scrollbar visible when scroll lock is active. #44 & PR #45
[x] Enhancement: (Slidebars library) Make sure that percentage based widths are rounded to actual pixels to prevent 1px differences on display.
[x] Fix: PHP Notice on fixed_elements key.
[x] Compatibility: Tested with WordPress 4.9
