Scroll lock: scrollbar issue #44

Since 0.4.1 With scroll lock enabled the <html> element sets overflow:hidden which causes the scrollbar to disapper. When opening the sidebar the website slightly shifts due to the width change. Mostly noticable when using overlay style.
