update tools and DBs #139

Hi, Is it planned to update tools and databases to the latest version, or include this in updatecampype. Thus, we'll get the latest STs and CCs for mlst, and be able to call specific ST scheme regarding the genus/species we work on. Thanks!

Hi @AminzBk Yes, it is planned to do it. Are you interested in any specific MLST scheme or tool to be updated? Then, we can focus on your needs

Hi @ireneortega Sounds great! I mostly work on lari group, but also interested in coli and jejuni. For tools and databases it would be great if they can be updated automatically using updatecampype, or at least databases (pubmlst, vir, atbr...) so we get full generated results and plots without missing values.
