create documentation space #342

Ok so I looked a bit more into documentations and I think this is the best choice https://readthedocs.org/. Most addons use it. And they host it, quote from them: We will host your documentation for free, forever. There are no tricks. We help over 100,000 open source projects share their docs, including a custom domain and theme.

The documentation won't be one as massive as that of let's say hard ops, so I think sticking to to the github wiki system could be fine. And here again the link to the workflow page so it's in this issue as well https://sidney-eliot.github.io/3d-artists-handbook/mesh/workflow-between-zbrush-and-blender. I can either give you the markdown file or you can link the page in the side bar
