Editing the contribution page #21

I saw the issue opened yesterday and I wanted to help! I changed the wording to make it a bit shorter/concise. I don't think there needs to be all that information on how to create a fork.

I also changed the layout a bit to make it more readable.

Hello @catcecilia! Sorry for the late response. The only change I made was changing "Youtuber" to "YouTuber". The new contribution guidelines look awesome. I agree about how you set them and layout them, I find the information much more concise, and you can find the topics you're searching for faster. I didn't notice some points didn't belong to the "Channel Rules" section, a little mistake I made. Thank you so much for this change, as I consider this a very important one. I think I'll come out with a new Pull Request template, a little better than the one I did. So thankful for this change 🤗😊.
