What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempting to log in on my main account

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Character list, error window

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
I was able to log in on my secondary accounts with no problems. The only major 
difference that I can think of is that I have 14 characters on my main account 
vs 2-3 on my other accounts.

Update: Deleted all characters except for the main one off the account and it 
had no effect. The only other difference is that it's a premium account.
