Can not launch window from taskbar in razor-qt

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Minimize some window ti the taskbar
2. Click to the window icon on the taskbar
3. Window will still minimized

I have tested this issue only with the Razor-qt environment. With same 
environment Kwin and Openbox window managers works fine.

I`m using eggwm version 0.2.

Same problem with other dock like Docky? I remember that with this dock was 
possible minimize windows... Anyway I have this project a bit orphan (other 
projects with more aceptation :P) but I'll try to check this issue

I will check this with Docky as soon as I can install it. Maybe on the next
week I will have more free time and will start reading the ICCCM
specification to help with the development
