With no desktop effects enabled, allow for a pseudo-transparency by taking the 
desktop background and embedding it into the background of the launcher.

Hi

In my opinion, is more pretty show the default plasma desktop theme, and this 
is a ugly solution... I'm sorry, but I won't implement this feature.

It shows takeoff like it is now without effects. Looks kinda ugly atm.

Yes... with this theme. With other themes looks better

Anyway, the panel looks ugly without transparency, and it does not add a 
screenshot of the desktop to simulate transparency. I don't like this idea, I'm 
sorry.
