German Translation #14

I dont know if the filename is right but this is the german translation for 
takeoff. (and a very very big THANK YOU for this application starter. i hate 
kickoff and lancelot too. Raptor never was ready and takeoff is the best I have 
ever seen in KDE Plasma :))

the translations to the project. Now I'm adding the search feature, when this 
feature is ready, I'll release a new version with your translation
