Problem with multiple screens #34

When using takeoff in windowed mode on two monitors, the horizontal resolution 
is the sum of each display's width, although the windows is only shown on one 
screen (it is indeed incomplete).
There should be a way to at least specify the height and width of the window by 
hand.
